Keto Chocolate Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Eggs (Room Temp.)
  • 1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour 
  • 3 Scoops Collagen Peptides 
  • 1 Tsp Ghee Cool Melted 
  • 3/4 Tspn Baking Soda
  • 2 Tbsp 70 % Dark Chocolate Chips or Cacao Nibs 
  • Yacon Syrup to drizzle on top 

 

PREPARATION:


1. Preheat Oven 350 F
2. Mix Eggs on High Speed 3-5 min.
3. In a separate bowl combine Collagen, Coconut Flour, Baking Soda. 
4. Add Ghee to egg mixture. Mix 1 more min. 
5. Spoon in dry mixture. Keep mixing for 1-2 minutes. 
6. Pour onto parchment lined loaf pan. 
7. Cook for 15 minutes on middle oven rack. 
8. Remove from oven + cover top with as many or little chocolate chips as you’d like.
9. Put back in oven 5 min. The center should just not jiggle when shaken. May take 1-2 more min depending on oven. 
10. Let it cool + firm in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
11. Slice. Then, top with Melted Coconut Butter + Generously drizzle Yacon Syrup over. This bread is not sweet at all. You’re welcome to add more Yacon Syrup.

Pitaya Yacon Margarita Recipe

Whether you drink alcohol or not this recipe l hits all the right spots. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) can replace alcohol for taste and help the gut, at the same time. If you you make it with alcohol, tequila will work great. 

INGREDIENTS:


4 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp for less of a kick)
2 Tsp Yacon Syrup
1 Tbsp. Yacon Cacao Nibs
1 Slice Yellow Pitaya * Optional Black Truffle Sea Salt Rim

 

PREPARATION:


1. For A Salt Rim. Fill a Small Plate w/Water. Turn Your Glass Upside Down + Turn Rim Over Water. Then, Rotate Over a Different Small Plate w/ Black Truffle Salt.
2. In a Separate Glass Mix Together Lime, Apple Cider Vinegar(or alcohol), w/ Syrup Until Thoroughly Combined. It’s Take a Couple Minutes of Good Mixing. 
3. In a Cup Filled With Ice + Your Slice of Yellow Pitaya Pour Mixture In. Mix well, Let Sit For 10-15 Minutes With the Pitaya Submerged. After 15 Minutes Mix to Combine The Pitaya Flavor. Ices Helps Infuse The Flavor into The Mixture.
4. Sprinkle Cacao Nibs Over Mixture. Enjoy!

Cacao Nib Cookies

Cacao Nib Cookies

Total Preparation & Cooking Time: 1 hour

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour or flour alternative
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter or butter alternative, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar, or coconut sugar
  • 2 cup cacao nibs or more to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar, or lucuma powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 pecans, crushed (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 165 C/325 F. Line in the cookie sheets with the parchment paper or lightly grease them.
  2. Sift flour together with the baking soda & salt; set aside.
  3. Cream the melted butter together with the white sugar and brown sugar until well blended in a medium size bowl.
  4. Beat in the egg yolk, egg and vanilla until light & creamy.
  5. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended. Using a wooden spoon; stir in the cacao nibs. Drop approximately 1/4 cup of the cookie dough onto the already prepared cookie sheets, preferably 3” apart. Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are lightly toasted, for 15 to 17 minutes.
  6. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Raw Cacao Fudgesicles - Dairy Free recipes

Dairy-free, vegan, paleo, low-glycemic, healthy and highly nutritious... what more could you want in an already perfect chocolate treat? Enjoy as many as you'd like guilt-free, and please give these to your kids and all their friends too. 

Total Preparation Time: 10 Minutes | Servings: 6

Ingredients:

2 large ripe avocados, peeled and diced
2/3 cup Alovitox Cacao Powder
1/2 cup Alovitox Yacon Syrup, or to taste
1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

    Add all the ingredients together in a food processor and process until completely smooth - you may need to stop the food processor to scrape the sides with a rubber spatula a few times.
    Spoon the fudgesicle mixture into your popsicle mold. Stir the mixture around in the molds and tap it gently on the counter to ensure the molds are completley filled and to avoid air pockets.
    Cover the popsicle mold with its lid and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 3 hours, until completely set up.
    When ready to eat, thaw the popsicles 5 to 8 minutes, or run the outside of the mold under hot water to help release the fudgesicles. Enjoy! Continue reading
