Cocoa Powder Vegan Brownies

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour (unbleached): 2 cups
  • White sugar: 2 cups
  • Cocoa morning powder (unsweetened): 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Vegetable oil: 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to almost 350 °F.
  2. Take one large bowl and stir salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and flour together in this bowl.
  3. Pour in vanilla, vegetable oil and water to make a smooth blend.
  4. Spread this blend equally in one greased baking pan (9x13-inch).
  5. Bake for almost 25 – 30 minutes in a preheated oven and let it cool for almost 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, cut into squares and serve.
  6. You can secure leftover brownies in a dry jar with an airtight lid.
