Ingredients:
- 3 Thai Coconuts ????
- 1/4 to 1/2 Coconut Water if the meat is hard and on the drier side
- 6 Probiotic Capsules
- Alovitox Mulberries, Yacon Syrup, & Golden Berries
Direction:
You may alternating probiotics. Add coconut sugar when fermenting to make them stronger. You can also add vanilla, chocolate, fruits Etc. The bacteria’s eat the sugar + make more good probiotics. Leave in a yogurt maker for approximately 12 hours. Keep 1 cup of each round to mix into the next round to keep it thicker and stronger. If it’s your first batch you can add a scoop of gelatin before you refrigerate it.
